Make a quick and easy 4-ingredient Hamburger Casserole with ground beef, pasta, cheddar cheese, and cream of mushroom soup. This simple and comforting dish is perfect for a busy weeknight dinner. Just mix, bake, and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Ground Beef: 1 pound of ground beef.
  • Pasta: 8 ounces of your favorite pasta (such as elbow macaroni or penne).
  • Cheese: 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese (or your preferred cheese).
  • Cream of Mushroom Soup: 1 can (10.5 ounces) of cream of mushroom soup.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, browned ground beef, cream of mushroom soup, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
