This Buffalo Chicken Pasta recipe combines tender chicken, spicy buffalo sauce, and creamy cheese for a deliciously bold and comforting dish.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or your choice)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • ¼ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in buffalo sauce, heavy cream, cream cheese, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  • Add shredded chicken and stir to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix in shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce.
  • Serve warm, garnished with green onions and optional ranch or blue cheese dressing.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce amount for spice preference.
  • Add extra cheese for a richer texture.
