1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, diced

1 cup milk
8 oz penne or other short pasta
3 cups baby spinach
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (optional)
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
