  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional for topping)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted, for topping)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • If using breadcrumbs, mix them with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
