This Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatloaf recipe combines the classic flavors of chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese into a hearty and flavorful dish that's easy to prepare and perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 lb sliced deli ham
  • 1/2 lb sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spread half of the chicken mixture into the loaf pan.
  4. Layer the ham and Swiss cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Spread the remaining chicken mixture over the ham and cheese, sealing the edges to enclose the filling.
  6. Mix Dijon mustard and mayonnaise, then spread it over the top of the meatloaf.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
