    • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
    • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
    • 1 large egg

    • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • Additional granulated sugar (for rolling)
  • For the Topping:
    • 24-30 Hershey's chocolate kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a bowl, cream together softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Beat in the egg, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to wet mixture.
  • Roll dough into 1-inch balls, then roll each in granulated sugar.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes, until lightly browned.
  • Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie after removing them from the oven.
  • Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack.
