2 slices of thick white bread
2 tbsp butter, softened
2 slices of mozzarella cheese
2 slices of white cheddar cheese
Instructions
Spread softened butter on one side of each slice of bread.
Layer the mozzarella and white cheddar between the unbuttered sides of the bread.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
Place the sandwich in the skillet, buttered side down.
Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom is golden brown.
Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.
Press lightly with a spatula for an even grill.
Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm!
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle garlic powder or a pinch of Parmesan on the buttered bread before grilling.
