  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  • Cook the penne pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
