  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 lb potato gnocchi
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion, garlic, carrots, and celery until softened.
  • Add the shredded chicken, chicken broth, heavy cream, and milk. Stir well.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the gnocchi and cook according to package instructions, about 3-5 minutes.
