  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  • In a pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes until slightly pink. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
