  • 1 lb (450g) frozen meatballs
  • 2 cups (190g) uncooked pasta
  • 3 cups (720ml) marinara sauce
  • 2 cups (200g) shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups (475ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large baking dish, combine pasta, marinara sauce, water, and meatballs. Stir to mix well.
  • Cover the dish tightly with foil and bake for 35-40 minutes, until the pasta is tender.
  • Remove the foil, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Return to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh basil or parsley, if desired. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use any type of pasta you prefer. Adjust the baking time if using a different kind.
  • For extra flavor, add some garlic powder or Italian seasoning to the sauce.
