These easy cheeseburger sliders are the ultimate party snack or family meal! Made with juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and soft buns, they're quick to prepare and packed with classic burger flavors. Perfect for gatherings or weeknight dinners.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook ground beef and diced onion in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season beef with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and set aside.
  4. Slice slider buns in half and place the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  5. Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buns, then top with cheese slices.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.
  7. Brush melted butter on the tops of the buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

  • Add pickles, ketchup, or mustard for extra flavor.
