This easy raspberry lemonade recipe combines fresh raspberries and lemons for a refreshing summer drink. Perfect for parties or a relaxing day in the sun, this beverage is quick to make and deliciously sweet-tart.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • In a blender, puree the raspberries until smooth.
  • Strain the raspberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds.
  • Add the lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher, stirring until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Add the water and stir well to combine.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Serve over ice, garnished with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

  • Adjust the sugar to taste based on your preference for sweetness.
  • For a sparkling version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
  • Fresh or frozen raspberries can be used.
