  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
  • Stir in taco seasoning and mix well. Spread the beef mixture in the greased pie pan.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
  • In a bowl, whisk together Bisquick mix, milk, eggs, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture evenly over the beef and cheese layer.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
