Joe’s Crab Shack Crab Dip is a rich and creamy seafood appetizer made with lump crab meat, cream cheese, and flavorful seasonings. Perfect for parties, gatherings, or game nights, this cheesy crab dip pairs well with crackers, bread, or veggies.

  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce (optional)
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions
  • ¼ cup diced red bell pepper

 

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream until smooth.
  • Add shredded cheddar, Parmesan, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce. Mix well.
  • Gently fold in lump crab meat, green onions, and red bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

 

  • Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with crackers, bread, or veggies.

Notes

  • Use fresh lump crab meat for the best flavor.
  • Adjust Old Bay seasoning and hot sauce to taste.

 

  • Can be made ahead and baked before serving.
