  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add marinara sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with the meat sauce.
  • In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half of the pasta mixture, then spread ricotta cheese evenly over it.
  • Add the remaining pasta mixture on top.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
