  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and cream of chicken soup. Mix well.
  • Stir in shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread evenly.
  • In a small bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
