  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin or line with parchment liners.
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix until just combined.
  • Divide the meat mixture evenly into the muffin tin, pressing lightly to shape into mini meatloaves.
  • Spread a small amount of ketchup on top of each mini meatloaf.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  • Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
