  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant coconut pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
  • Extra whipped topping and toasted coconut for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Crust: Crush graham crackers or cookies into crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan to form the crust. Chill to set.
