Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough: 1 ball of store-bought or homemade pizza dough.
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons, for brushing the dough.
  • Steak: 1 pound of thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak.
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste.
  • Onion: 1 large onion, thinly sliced.
  • Bell Peppers: 1 green bell pepper and 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced.
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced.
  • Provolone Cheese: 1 1/2 cups, shredded or sliced.
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1 cup, shredded.
  • Mushrooms: 1 cup, sliced (optional).
  • Worcestershire Sauce: 1 tablespoon.
  • Fresh Parsley: for garnish (optional).

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  • In a skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium-high heat.
  • Add the thinly sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce, and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the onions, bell peppers, and garlic until tender. Add mushrooms if using.
  • Spread the sautéed vegetables evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Distribute the cooked steak over the vegetables.
  • Top with shredded or sliced provolone cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
