These Pizza Supreme Sliders are the perfect blend of pizza flavors in slider form! Featuring layers of pepperoni, sausage, veggies, and melted mozzarella, all packed into soft Hawaiian rolls and baked to perfection. An easy recipe ideal for parties, game days, or weeknight dinners.

  • 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup cooked Italian sausage (crumbled)
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup bell peppers (diced)
  • ½ cup red onion (diced)
  • ½ cup black olives (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls horizontally to create a top and bottom layer, keeping the rolls connected.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking dish or sheet pan.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the rolls.
  • Layer with Italian sausage, pepperoni, bell peppers, red onion, black olives, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover the sliders with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Let the sliders cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.

  • Customize with your favorite pizza toppings like mushrooms, spinach, or jalapeños.
  • Use marinara sauce instead of pizza sauce if preferred.
