3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Prepare the Dough:
In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Stir in tomato sauce, tomato paste, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Assemble the Pizza:
Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
