Ingredients

Scale
  • 250g beef strips (sirloin or flank steak)

  • 200g egg noodles

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)

  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

  • Chili flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned.
