    • ⅓ cup melted butter
  • For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
    • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
    • 1 cup crushed vanilla cookies
    • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat to 325°F (165°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Prepare the Crust: Mix crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of the pan.
  • Make Cheesecake Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla and sour cream. Pour over crust.
  • Bake: Place the pan in a water bath and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until center is set.
  • Chill: Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Add Strawberry Crunch Topping: Mix crushed strawberries and cookies with melted butter. Spread over the cheesecake before serving.
