Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter.
  • Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool completely.
  • Spread sour cream over the top of the cooled cheesecake.
  • Arrange fresh berries and peach slices on top.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
