  • Chili Powder (3 tbsp)
  • Ground Cumin (2 tsp)
  • Smoked Paprika (2 tsp)
  • Dried Oregano (1 tsp)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Sugar (1 tbsp)
  • Olive Oil (2 tbsp)
  • Jalapeños (1-2, finely chopped, optional)
  • Corn Kernels (1 cup)
  • Dark Chocolate (1 oz, optional)
  • Lime Juice (juice of 1 lime)
  • Fresh Cilantro (for garnish)
  • Shredded Cheese (for topping)
  • Sour Cream (for topping)
  • Green Onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until soft.
  • Stir in garlic and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
  • Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Mix in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir well.
