Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough: 1 ball of store-bought or homemade pizza dough.
  • Olive Oil: 2 tablespoons, for brushing the dough.
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced.
  • Ricotta Cheese: 1 cup.
  • Mozzarella Cheese: 1 1/2 cups, shredded.
  • Parmesan Cheese: 1/2 cup, grated.
  • Spinach: 1 cup, fresh or frozen and thawed.
  • Mushrooms: 1 cup, sliced.
  • Chicken: 1 cup, cooked and shredded (optional).
  • Salt and Pepper: to taste.
  • Red Pepper Flakes: for a bit of heat (optional).
  • Fresh Basil: for garnish.

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  • Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  • Brush the dough with olive oil and spread minced garlic evenly over the surface.
  • Spread ricotta cheese over the dough, then top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan.
  • Add spinach, mushrooms, and optional chicken.
