This classic Alfredo Sauce recipe is a rich and creamy sauce made with butter, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Perfect for pasta, chicken, or veggies, it’s a simple yet indulgent addition to any meal.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
