  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot or skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onions over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onions are softened. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then stir in the uncooked elbow macaroni.
  5. Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened.
  6. If desired, stir in shredded cheddar cheese before serving for a cheesy twist.
