  • Kidney Beans (1 can, 15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • Black Beans (1 can, 15 oz, drained and rinsed)
  • Corn Kernels (1 cup)
  • Chili Powder (2 tablespoons)
  • Ground Cumin (1 tablespoon)
  • Paprika (1 teaspoon)
  • Oregano (1 teaspoon)
  • Cayenne Pepper (¼ teaspoon, optional)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • Fresh Cilantro (for garnish, chopped)
  • Sour Cream (optional, for serving)
  • Shredded Cheese (optional, for serving)
  • Lime Wedges (optional, for serving)

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and sauté until soft.
  • Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  • Mix in diced bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, and chicken broth.
