Instructions
- For the Cheesecake Layer:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the Bailey’s cheesecake mixture until smooth. - For the Chocolate Ganache:
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it just begins to simmer. Remove from heat and pour over the chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl. Let sit for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy. Allow to cool slightly. - For the Whipped Cream Layer:
In a chilled bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. - Assemble the Trifle:
In a trifle dish or individual serving cups, layer crushed chocolate cookies, a layer of Bailey’s cheesecake, a layer of chocolate ganache, and a layer of whipped cream. Repeat the layers until the dish is full, finishing with a whipped cream layer. - For Garnish:
