  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tsp lemon zest

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.

  3. In a bowl, mix melted butter, lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  4. Pour mixture over chicken.

  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  6. Spoon sauce over chicken before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley.
