1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Lightly grease a baking dish.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, pepper, paprika, and red pepper flakes.
Toss shrimp in the mixture until well coated.
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the baking dish. Pour any remaining sauce over the shrimp.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until shrimp are pink and opaque.
Garnish with parsley and Parmesan (if using). Serve immediately.
