  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 3-4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan. Stir until smooth.
  5. Add sun-dried tomatoes and spinach to the sauce. Cook until spinach wilts.
