  • 1 lb ground beef (or thinly sliced sirloin)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken or beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  • Cook rotini pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
