Instructions

  • Prepare the Sausage:
    • In a large skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess fat and set aside.
  • Prepare the Egg Mixture:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, dry mustard (if using), and onion powder (if using).
