For the Alabama White Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise

  • ยผ cup apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish

  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

  • ยฝ tsp garlic powder

  • ยฝ tsp onion powder

  • ยผ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat (about 400ยฐF/200ยฐC).

  2. In a bowl, coat chicken breasts with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

  3. Grill chicken 5โ€“7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165ยฐF (74ยฐC).

  4. Meanwhile, whisk all Alabama White Sauce ingredients in a bowl until smooth. Chill until ready to serve.

  5. Once chicken is grilled, rest 5 minutes before slicing. Serve with Alabama white sauce on the side or drizzled on top.
