  • 3 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • ยผ cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ยผ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (163ยฐC). Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  • Beat softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla, eggs one at a time, sour cream, and flour, mixing until well combined. Pour over crust.
  • Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set. Cool completely.
