This easy cheeseburger pie recipe combines ground beef, melted cheese, and a golden biscuit crust for a comforting and delicious meal.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then spread beef mixture evenly in the pie dish.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese over the beef.
  • In a bowl, whisk Bisquick mix, milk, and eggs until smooth. Pour over the beef and cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
