1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
12 slider buns
6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a skillet, cook ground beef and onions over medium heat until beef is browned and cooked through. Drain excess fat.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Place the bottom halves of slider buns in a baking dish.
Spread the cooked beef mixture evenly over the buns. Top with cheddar cheese slices.
Cover with the top halves of the buns. Brush melted butter over the tops and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and buns are golden.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Add pickles, lettuce, or ketchup to customize sliders.
Use Hawaiian rolls for a sweeter flavor.
