  • For the crust:
    • 2 cups Oreo cookie crumbs
    • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • For the filling:
    • 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 3 large eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 12 Oreo cookies, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC). Line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix Oreo cookie crumbs with melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  • Fold in chopped Oreo cookies.
  • Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set. Cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  • Once chilled, cut into cubes and serve.
