Instructions

  • Prepare Taco Shells: If using tortillas, cut into small circles, fry until golden and crispy, then set aside.
  • Make Cheesecake Filling: In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. In another bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream.
  • Assemble Tacos: Spoon or pipe cheesecake filling into each taco shell.
  • Add Toppings: Top with fresh berries, a dusting of powdered sugar, or drizzle with chocolate or caramel.
