Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (halved)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess grease.
  3. Mix the onion soup mix into the cooked beef.
  4. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the buns.
  6. Layer cheddar cheese slices on top of the beef.
  7. Place the top half of the buns over the cheese.
  8. Brush the melted butter over the top of the buns and sprinkle with garlic powder and sesame seeds.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  10. Serve warm and enjoy!
