  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ยฐF (175ยฐC).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, green bell pepper, and minced garlic; sautรฉ until softened.
  • Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned. Drain excess fat.
