  • 3 cups broccoli florets, steamed
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375ยฐF (190ยฐC). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add cooked chicken, broccoli, rice, and 1 cup of shredded cheese to the mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for extra crunch.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.
