Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (15 oz) chili without beans
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the onion and garlic to the skillet and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes with green chilies and chili without beans. Mix well.
  • Add the Velveeta cheese cubes and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Cook until the cheese is fully melted and the mixture is well combined.
  • Serve warm with tortilla chips and enjoy!
