  • 8 slices of white sandwich bread

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 2 tbsp butter, for frying

Instructions

  • Trim crusts off bread slices and flatten with a rolling pin.

  • Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  • In a separate bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon.

  • Spread cream cheese mixture on each bread slice, then roll up tightly.

  • Whisk eggs and milk in a shallow bowl.

  • Dip each roll-up in the egg mixture, coating all sides.

  • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and cook roll-ups until golden on all sides.
