8 slices of white sandwich bread
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp butter, for frying
Trim crusts off bread slices and flatten with a rolling pin.
