Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Onion
  • Garlic

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and mixed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper.
