Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • 12 Hawaiian rolls
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ranch seasoning, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the rolls.
  5. Place the top half of the rolls back on.
  6. Brush melted butter mixed with garlic powder over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can prepare the chicken mixture ahead of time and assemble before baking.
  • Substitute turkey bacon for a lighter option.
  • Add a layer of pickles for extra flavor!
