1 tsp soy sauce
24 wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil, for frying

Instructions
In a bowl, mix cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until smooth.
Place a teaspoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
